Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Luck Scoop (“Luckscoops”). Because we sell surprise-style jewelry products, please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
ALL return shipping costs are borne entirely and exclusively by the buyer. You must pay for return postage, courier fees, customs charges, insurance, and any other cost of sending items back to us. Luckscoops does not cover, reimburse, advance, or subsidize return shipping under any circumstances.
Original order shipping fees are never refundable — including orders that displayed “free shipping” or worldwide shipping promotions at checkout. Outbound shipping is non-refundable in whole or in part.
Under no circumstances does Luckscoops pay for return shipping. This applies without exception to returns, exchanges, partial returns, refused deliveries, lost-in-transit claims, defective-item claims, chargebacks, or goodwill requests.
1. General Principles
- All sales are subject to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds, when approved, are issued only to the original payment method where possible.
- Processing times for approved refunds may take 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect returned items, plus additional time for banks and payment providers.
- Currency conversion, bank fees, and payment-processor fees charged by third parties are not refundable by Luckscoops.
2. Mystery / Surprise Products
Many Luck Scoop products are sold as surprise or mystery-style assortments (e.g., “spoon” bundles). Contents vary by design. Dissatisfaction with specific items received, perceived value, or subjective expectations do not qualify for free return shipping or automatic refunds unless a verifiable defect or fulfillment error is confirmed (Section 4).
3. Return Shipping — Buyer Responsibility (Detailed)
To avoid any misunderstanding:
- The buyer pays 100% of return shipping. Luckscoops will not provide prepaid return labels unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific order — and such written exceptions, if any, do not change the default policy for other orders.
- Original shipping is never refunded. If your order included promotional free shipping, that benefit does not convert into a refund of shipping costs upon return.
- Luckscoops never covers return freight for domestic or international returns, including returns due to size, style, change of mind, or buyer error.
- Returns sent without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), if required, may be refused or discarded at our discretion.
- You are responsible for proper packaging and for tracking the return shipment. Risk of loss during return transit is borne by the buyer until delivery is confirmed to our return facility.
4. Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, or replacement only when:
- We shipped the wrong product or quantity verifiable against your order confirmation
- Items arrive materially damaged due to shipping (clear photos required within 48 hours of delivery)
- Items are proven counterfeit to our stated material standard where a specific material claim was made on the product page
Even when a return is approved under this section, return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing for that specific case. Default rule: buyer pays return shipping.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dislike of surprise contents
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure
- Incorrect address provided by the buyer
- Items marked delivered by the carrier with valid proof of delivery
- Products worn, altered, washed, or missing original packaging/accessories
- Promotional or final-sale items marked non-refundable at checkout
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — we reserve the right to dispute and suspend future orders
6. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, photos, and reason.
- Wait for written instructions. Do not send returns without approval.
- If approved, ship items to the address we provide using a trackable method at your own expense.
- After inspection, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds exclude original shipping and exclude any return shipping costs (paid by you).
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If offered, you still pay all return shipping to us and all shipping for replacement outbound delivery unless we state otherwise in writing.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered, the buyer should check with the carrier and local delivery location. Luckscoops is not liable for porch theft or postal misdelivery after carrier confirmation. Claims must be filed with the carrier promptly.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available; standard return rules apply.
